APPRECIATION TO THE KITCHEN TABLE CHARITY TRUST
Kojie is a farming community in Ghana that has lived in deprivation of development projects for a very long time. Successive governments of Ghana have not been able to bring the needed developmental projects to the community. The community has also never received any support from philanthropists and NGOs to improve the quality of life.
Kojie Presby Primary School has existed for the past 24 years. The pupils and teachers of the school have been attending classes without furniture. The children bring kitchen stools from their homes to sit on. We appealed to the government of Ghana and several other NGOs for supporting all to no avail.
In August 2020 we wrote to the KTCT for a grant support to procure dual desks for the pupils and office chairs and tables for the teachers of the school. We were fortunate to get the grant support from KTCT. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the kindness and generosity of KTCT. Thank you so much for being there for us.
This grant will bring a total transformation and improvement in the academic work of the school. It will also create a better future for the pupils and the community as a whole.
Kindness like yours can move mountains. Sometimes the simplest things mean the most. This furniture for the school brings a new dawn in the lives of the children and future generations of the Kojie community.
