The money granted will allow us to provide Sinchu Wuri school with toilets, clean water, a much-needed milling machine, and much more! This will very quickly make a huge difference to the lives of over 700 children and the thousands to come through the school. Letter of thanks from Missing Link: It is such a remarkable achievement for the school administration and parents of Abu Baker Nursery and Primary school to receive a five-stance, disabled-friendly, VIP (Ventilation Improved Pit) latrine, with separate facilities for boys and girls, boys urinals, and handwashing facilities donation from KTCT. We are delighted that the Kitchen Table Charities Trust is able to support us in replacing the pump to the borehole and installing three water harvesting tanks at Uzima, an Orphan and Day Care Centre that feeds, clothes, and educates 340 vulnerable children in an impoverished area of rural western Kenya. The children will not only benefit from an essential, sustainable water source from now on but also be protected from health hazards such as when the toilets flooded due to excess rainwater that wasn't being collected. FOCSIM have pleasure in attaching 4 more case stories from Malawi of children now mobile thanks to KTCT.  Sorry to say that the flow of case stories to KTCT has been and is being frustrated by two things, one bad and one good. The bad one of course is Covid-19 and the resulting travel restrictions within Malawi plus the hospital's rules about how many out-patients can been seen on site at any one time. Report on the completion of the borehole from Project Share

Thank you for your generous grant towards the borehole and water system at Project Share in Gushegu, Northern Ghana which is now complete. The borehole has been sunk and mechanised, and the water system is now completed to pipe the water to Neesim Primary School, Neesim Nutrition Centre and the Project Share Staff Quarters. Water is pumped from the borehole to a large polytank on a tall water tower which is the main water storage point. Farm4life wishes to thank KTCT for their generous donation of £6000, which has enabled us to complete the construction of four new classrooms for our Education4life Academy. Krokoshwe is one of the poorest rural farming communities in Ghana. We can now make a difference to the 58 girls and 48 boys currently on the register at the Education4life Academy in Krokoshwe. We are so very grateful to KTCT for their wonderful grant to support our work in Malawi. The Mlambe Project is a small charity made up entirely of volunteers, mostly young people, who work in an impoverished rural community called Mlambe. The grant will enable us to transform Mlambe School and the educational opportunities for children who deserve a better start in life. Currently over half the pupils are taught outdoors, in very basic conditions, and the few facilities that do exist are terribly overcrowded with up to 90 children in a class.
